Employee Referral Program Specifics
- Up to a $2,500 Referral Bonus for experienced field jobs (HVAC technicians, installers, install helpers, and plumbers)
- Bonus values based on years of experience for candidate hired:
- 0-2 yrs = $500
- 3-6 yrs = $1,500
- 7+ yrs = $2,500
- Bonus payout will be staggered. First payout will be at 90 days following candidates’ start date and final payout will be at 6 months.
- 0-2 yrs = $500: $250 at 90 days and $250 at 6 months
- 3-6 yrs = $1,500: $1,000 at 90 days and $500 at 6 months
- 7+ yrs = $2,500: $1,500 at 90 days and $1,000 at 6 months
- For rehires of previous employees in field jobs mentioned above, regardless of experience level, $1k will be paid at 90 days following the candidate’s start date
- Managers of open positions and senior managers will be excluded from bonus
- Part time positions will be pro-rated
- Bonus values based on years of experience for candidate hired:
- Each referral hired gets an entry into a drawing at the end of the year for a $5k family vacation voucher
